Context.  Determine what channels, or combination of channels, are best for reaching the target market, including each geographical market. Develop the channel structures, both direct and indirect, Develop and deliver training programs.

 

Connections.  Identify and recruit partners, both strategic alliance partners and channel partners, best suited to reaching the target markets.
